Additionally, we are deeply invested in fostering and supporting local employment initiatives in developing countries. We prioritize the use of locally-sourced materials, such as local wool and silk, to promote community engagement and development in the vicinity of our production sites.  

There’s still a lot that can be done, but at Rezas, we are passionate about recycling. We have introduced a unique collection called 'Vintage Patchwork.' This collection transforms old rugs into stunning new creations, extending the lifespan of these products and reducing waste. We are committed to sustainability and ensuring our products serve you for a longer time, contributing to a more environmentally friendly future. In addition, we also perform our own rug repairs to further extend their durability, embodying our dedication to responsible consumption and longevity.

Certified Label STEP Fair Trade Partners – importers, wholesalers, designers and retailers of handmade carpets – commit to working exclusively with manufacturers and carpet makers that abide by the Label STEP Standard ffor fair trade in carpets. The STEP Standard comprises the industry’s most comprehensive social and environmental standards, which are monitored by independent audits throughout every step of the supply chain. 

As a result, when consumers purchase a handmade carpet from a certified STEP Fair Trade Partner, they know that they are making a direct and positive impact on the lives of the people who created it.
